The Nina, and her companion ship, the Pinta, are replicas of the ships sailed by Christopher Columbus in his fifteenth century explorations. The two ships now tour North America as floating museums, open to the public for inspection.
I will join the Nina in St. Petersburg, Florida on April 3, 2010, and serve as a crew member until we reach Georgetown, South Carolina in May, 2010.

Joining the Nina
I will leave Panama City and drive to St. Petersburg on Saturday, April 2, 2010. I will begin serving as crew on the Nina on April 3. The Nina will leave St. Petersburg on April 5, and sail down the east coast of Florida to Ft. Myers where she will be docked until April 11.
